The Scientific Council for Medicine and Technology was established in 2023 and will primarily deal with key scientific, developmental, and educational topics of medicine and technology.
The task of the Council is to organize thematic discussions, round tables, conferences, and lectures, to encourage cooperation between scientists and experts from various scientific, educational, health and economic institutions, with the aim of exchanging and creating competitive knowledge through participation in interdisciplinary research and development projects, educational programs, and other joint activities.
The Presidency of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts at its 2nd regular session held on February 28, 2024, on the proposal of the Academy’s Medical Sciences and Technical Sciences Departments, appointed members of the Scientific Council for Medicine and Technology of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts, for the mandate period from 4 years, starting on February 28, 2024.
