Activity specification of the Institute of Transport:
- valorization and projection of transport development at national, regional and city level; preparation of scientific bases for the adoption of a strategic plan for the development of traffic in Croatia; preparation of project proposals for application to tenders with the Croatian Science Foundation and European funds; coordinating and fostering interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of transport development; cooperation with the Department for Technical Sciences and the Scientific Council for Transport of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts
- scientific research work and targeted thematic research and organization of scientific meetings in accordance with the work plan of the Institute of Transport of the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
